Relaunch Intu Manager - Connection Failure after shutdown #19

It seems that I need to reinstall the Intu every time use it. After I shutdown, the next day relaunch I got this error and console shut down in 1 second. I reinstalled, everything works, the next day I got the same issue and keep reinstall.

On InTu Manager, I got error "Connection Failure, Device offline", but on IntuGateway both parent and child show ON.

Should I reinstall and reconfigure again? image

I reinstalled today but got the same issue. Device is offline.

I found my issue. First time install Intu manager, the language translation service is red. So I add it in bluemix and IntuGateway, the service showed as Green and everything works. But after shut down the manager and restarted, manager stopped working. I went in and remove language translation in Gateway, it is removed from the list. Restart Manager, it still not working. Reinstalled manager several times, it still not working. Few days later, I went back in Gateway, I saw language translate is added back to Service List for some reason. I deleted it again and then reinstalled the manager. This is time, it works. So there is some issue with Language Translation, if you added it in as service in Gateway, it mess up the manager after restart. Another issue, the status switch OFF/ON from Manager and Gateway seems not sync up. On Gateway, it is always show OFFLINE, but I saw them ON from Manager window and I am using the service just fine.
