The links to subsections of Workshop 1 are mismatched #27

The ref-IDs and HTTP-attributes for the links to the subsections of the Workshop 1 page (https://github.com/watson-intu/self-docs/blob/master/workshops-devcon/1/lab-docs/workshop_1.md#requesting-access-to-the-watson-intu-gateway) don't match and therefore don't navigate properly.
