Hey there, I needed support for txt record update in the service so while i did that i also did a little bit of refactoring. Hope you like it :D

Hi @watson, please review this PR. We really need this functionality because we want to get rid of binding in HAP-NodeJS.

I hope it doesn't take much time.

@watson please don't ignore this request, if you don't have enough time to support this library you can give access to @sokarovski, because, as I understand, he already know code base of the library and can accept and review another PRs from the community.
