Fixed Jinja2 template lookup compatibility with Windows.

Unlike the previous solution (https://github.com/watsonpy/watson-framework/pull/7) it is compatible with Python 3, but it's clearly a dirty hack.

Still looking into this one (agreed that the .replace does seem like a dirty hack).

Modified your .replace a little and is now updated in 2.2.7. Added you to the AUTHORS file as well.
