Add method for exact builds of external toadz traits #25

For composability, would be nice to have a method that takes a metadata array and spits out the resulting toad.

Wouldn't need to be validated, we can leave that to the caller, and document the metadata format.

Creating a more user-friendly method with enums and validation would be a bit too much work for the ROI (imho)
