It's not working with phone gap. #142

It's not working with phone gap at all, the styling and functionalities are completely broken with phone gap. I cannot get it working with the latest PhoneGap/Cordova 3.4.

I found out that I can't rename the javascript and stylesheets folder... so it's working.
