Initial project set up

In this PR I have:

• Initialised a new Kubebuilder project
• Created a controller for appsv1.Deployment
• Cleaned up a lot of junk that Kubebuilder creates
• Fixed the auth provider import
• Moved the test suite to Ginkgo
• Created some test utilities ready for creating the first set of tests

Probably best to review this PR commit by commit, especially since a couple of them are auto-generating lots of code
