Thanks @namtar1447 I've managed to reproduce here.
I've put a temporary fix in which disables the popup that causes the freeze. The app should update the extension automatically in the background and be applied on restart.
I'll look to get a permanent fix in shortly

Expected & actual behavior Expected: With the LastPass Extension enabled, entering a new username/password/host combination I expect the "Add to Lastpass?" popup to appear.
Actual: After entering the username and password, the page opens but freezes with the loading indicator stays spinning forever for that service. (see screenshots) Other services in the same account freeze in a similar fashion. Other accounts behave correctly even if for the same "actual" gmail account behind the scenes.
Steps to reproduce Enable the LastPass extension. Open a sleeping and disconnected service, in this example portal.azure.com. Enter a password that LastPass doesn't currently know.
Is the bug persistent or intermittent? With a sleeping and disconnected service the repro rate seems 100%.

Additional information Our G Suite accounts are actually enforced by Azure AD (meaning I go through the screen below during the login process
While a page is "frozen" the LastPass extension itself seems to keep working.
