Thanks for reporting. Has this been working previously with this account, or has it never worked? Do you have Gmail offline enabled?
I've just given this a try here and it seemed to work in my quick test, if you remove the account and add it again (or just add it a second time) does it still show the loading indicator?
I only started using multiple inboxes, so it's unknown if it ever worked before.
Offline is not enabled in our G Suite, so can't test if toggling it on / off helps. (It's off)
I'll test adding the account again.
It started to work after re-adding. I'll be sure to try that before making a bug report in the future.
After a few days, multiple inboxes no longer work, again. Re-adding the service fixes the issue, but there's certainly something off.
Darn, I thought that would have fixed it.
When it fails, does refreshing the page make it work, or does it continue to fail until you re-add the service? If it does continue to fail, there is some additional logging info we can get out from there which might give an indication as to what's happening...
Continues to fail, no matter reloading the tab or whole Wavebox. I found a workaround now though, I sandboxed the service so I didn't need to re-add everything, but I guess that's close to re-adding a single google service in a way. How do I provide additional logs?
I guess that's close to re-adding a single google service in a way.
Yeah pretty much :)
Okay, as soon as it fails do the following...
Inspect
Expected & actual behavior Multiple inbox functions in Gmail work, they don't (clicking any email or trying to perform mass actions on them) and display a stuck
"Loading.."
indicatorSteps to reproduce 1: Enable multiple inboxes. 2: Set multiple inbox setup like this: 3: Toggle side panel mode at Inbox to such that multiple inboxes become visible: 4: Attempt to open an e-mail from any of the additional inboxes. Main inbox works.
Is the bug persistent or intermittent? Always broken
