Make "This screen was put to sleep" and Settings screen match theme or color customizable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes. The seering white screen on an otherwise dark gray or black theme burned my eyes out. I am now blind and typing this via braille. Probably.

Is your feature request related to an account type? Nope.

Describe the solution you'd like To either:

• Have the Settings and "This screen was put to sleep" wake screen conform to the theme chosen in App Theme under User Interface, or allow for a single solid color (maybe a wallpaper?) to be set.
• Have the screens mentioned above match the theme set by the OS system-wide (dark mode, custom theme, etc.)

Does this still happen for you? When I test it here I can see that the coloring is based on the theming that I am using at least.
