Wavebox, the revolutionary and feature-rich Chromium browser that's built for productive working across Google Workspaces, Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, Monday, Atlassian, Asana, AirTable, Slack, and every other web app you use to get work done.
Add a "Check for Updates" button on the "About Wavebox" page.
I use Wavebox cross-platform on Mac and Windows. A while back, I suggested you all add a Check for Updates in the Mac Menu (similar to the menu items on macs for other Chromium-based browsers), and you all added it.
On Windows, there isn't a similar menu item. However, most Chromium-based browsers either do an automatic check for new versions if you go to the "About" page, or include a button there to check for updates.
Please add a "Check for Updates" button there as well. This would make it easier for Mac, Linux, and Windows users to update, be consistent across platforms, and shouldn't be add much maintenance for the developers.
Hi Alan, there is a check for updates button alongside the update settings. Although, come to think of it, maybe this makes more sense next to the version settings :-/
