issue with setting rhsm_identity #110

This is not getting cached to the dir /var/cache/rhsm doesn't exist so the cache file is not getting set

/var/cache/rhsm/identity.yaml

I get this Error: Facter: Error while resolving custom fact fact='rhsm_identity', resolution='': uninitialized constant Facter::Util::FacterCacheable

but /usr/sbin/subscription-manager identity works so ?

I was missing the requirements once installed works
