rhsm_register only occurs if /var/cache/rhsm/identity.yaml is manually deleted #112

Reopening issue #96 as it was not resolved, even in the latest version of the module you have to manually delete /var/cache/rhsm/identity.yaml to resubscribe to a new satellite with a new activation key

That is the desired behavior as mentioned in the closure of that ticket.
