Add support for server.no_proxy option #58

Subscription manager added this option and this seems to cause errors with the provider setting a default for it even though the option doesn't exist in the type. Adding it to the type appears to fix the error.

build failure doesn't appear to be related to my changes, it's reporting inability to deploy puppet-hiera-helper gem
