support rhsmd options in rhsm.conf #97

RHEL7.8 was just release and it added a following configuration section

[rhsmd]
# The time in seconds we will allow the rhsmd cron job to run before terminating the process.
processTimeout = 300

Please consider adding rhsmd_processTimeout as a configuration option. thanks
