reads from stdin when input filename is `-` #20

This PR adds unix pipe feature by allowing stdin stream when input file name is `-`.

solves #15
saves stdin to temporary file and converts afterward
- additionally requires 'tmp' package for filename generation
minimum test worked with nodejs v12.22.6
