Combine --one-xcf and --one-pdf into a single -m, --multi option #5

In case any future formats support more than one image in a single file it would make sense to clean up the interface by combining the --one-pdf and --one-xcf options into a single -m or --multi option which indicates that, for the selected format, the user wishes to place all generated images within a single output file.
