Add link to docs? #7

By looking in setup.cfg I saw that the docs are (handily) published at https://rpi-lgpio.readthedocs.io/

It'd probably be very useful if the "About" section at the top-right of https://github.com/waveform80/rpi-lgpio had a link to the docs too :slightly_smiling_face: (and/or maybe also a link in the README file?)
