Chromecast won't cast private YouTube videos even if logged into your own account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into YouTube account
2. Attempt to cast a video you've marked as "private"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is I can watch the Youtube video through the Chromecast just as 
I can watch it on my phone or tablet.  Chromecast tells me the media is 
unavailable to play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast build 13300, Android version 4.3 running on Nexus 4.

Please provide any additional information below.
