Add graphitePort, graphiteDelimiters and graphiteFormat to proxy options to be able to configure Graphite endpoint.

@mmichael @helen-shao As far as I understand now, this repo is deprecated starting from this year. Still though, can you clarify for me what are the chances of such PR getting merged? Also maybe too much to ask, but if there is any time estimation, that would be great to know as well.
