Inconsistent naming #47

The other quadratures in quadrature/ have consistent file names, but the Gauss-Chebyshev rules have shorter names. They should be renamed, e.g. gausscheby1.hpp -> gausschebyshev1.hpp.

Consistent naming would be useful, as extending the tests of #46 to these rules would be simpler when the file names are consistent.
