Multiple camera launch #19

Continuation of https://github.com/wavelab/ximea_ros_cam/pull/11. Addresses #10

The only way to truly get this to work is to ensure that each camera is launched about 2 seconds apart from one another, here we set the poll_time from the launch files to be 2 seconds apart.
