Added xiGetImage ROS msg #4

There are two fields that I omitted from the custom xiGetImage ROS message:

  1. bp
  2. exposure_sub_times_us ROS does not support equivalent field types for these parameters so I was not able to add them. Full reference of data from xiGetImage: https://www.ximea.com/support/wiki/apis/XiAPI_Manual#xiGetImage
