Solved:

sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt

edit:

#0°：
dtoverlay=WS_xinchDSI_Touch,I2C_bus=10,invertedx,swappedxy
#90°：
dtoverlay=WS_xinchDSI_Touch,I2C_bus=10,invertedx,invertedy
#180°：
dtoverlay=WS_xinchDSI_Touch,I2C_bus=10,invertedy,swappedxy
