Make ``--no-detach`` default #59

There's no reason to detach by default. In fact, as a cli user, I consider this broken behavior. When moving to python 3 with #2, drop forking support, do not detach and drop --no-detach entirely.

Couldn't wait.. --no-detach always bothered me.
