[MOBILE] Add other playlists to library #125

Should allow users to follow or add other people's playlists to their own library. The playlists section might need some tabs then like "My Playlists" and "Liked Playlists".

Other questions:

should these liked playlists be static or dynamic? in other words, if a user changes or deletes the playlist, should the follow also change?
should this be called a follow instead?
