Create toggle component

Objective

To create a toggle component that will control the visibility of the signal.

Description

• Create a Switch.tsx component in the components/ui/ folder.
• Define the isOn state inside the component with false as a default value.
• The component receives a onStateChange function as a prop.
• Render the component in the middle of the home screen on both the x and the Y axes.
• The component is composed of
  • a back cube that should change the position based on the isOn state.
  • A text that can have "on" and "off" values based on the isOn state.
  • The onStateChange function will be called when the user clicks on the toggle component.

Acceptance criteria

• The component is located in the center of the home screen
• The text and the black box change positions with the state change.
• The onStateChange function is called when the user clicks on the toggle
