Fixed syntax error for Zabbix 4.0+ #26

Dear @jensolsson,

First of all, thank you for your efforts. I have some problems with one item prototype and I would appreciate your help. I modified rds.py script to get de_instances (standar) and db_cluster metrics. Using commands I can get metrics from my cluster. what I did was clone an item prototype from a db_instance and change the --metric and --dimension parameter. The problem is that items from this item prototype are not created in my host. However, items from db_instances prototype are created perfectly. Any idea?

Dear @jensolsson , I am sorry, you are right! I am trying to import your template but I get this error. My Zabbix version is 4.0

Cannot find item "cloudwatch.metric[120,UnHealthyHostCount,AWS/ApplicationELB,Maximum,{$REGION},"LoadBalancer={#TARGET_GROUP_LOAD_BALANCER_ARN},TargetGroup={#TARGET_GROUP_ARN}",{$ACCOUNT}]" on "Cloudwatch Template" used in graph prototype "ELBv2 {#TARGET_GROUP_LOAD_BALANCER_NAME} {#TARGET_GROUP_NAME} UnHealthyHostCount" of discovery rule "ELBv2 Discovery" on "Cloudwatch Template 3".
