usage problem in default text of "Description" field (window for reporting new issue in Chromevox) #133

1. access a blank window for creating a new Chromevox bug note

2. examine the default text in the "description" field. Note the word "see" in 
the sentence "What do you see instead?" 

The word "see" is MAYBE problematic. I don't know what people who're legally 
blind think about this kind of thing, but I'd use another word, if I could.

I'd suggest "What do you encounter instead?" or some such.
