add hide a challenge feature instead of deletion

when there's more than 1 comment or 1 user who completed on the challenge, you can't delete it. so let's add a hidden challenge feature.

• [ ] db new column "hidden" - true or false (on challenges table)
• [ ] challenges list view, if "hidden" == true, continue;
• [ ] hide the challenge button on admin page
