F41: Hyprland config contains removed/replaced functionality

The following sections of hyprland.conf need updated in order to be compatible with the update to Hyprland 0.44.1 in Fedora 41:

• https://github.com/wayblueorg/wayblue/blob/next/files/system/hyprland/usr/share/hyprland/hyprland.conf#L90 -- This should be changed to new_status = master

Will PR fixes once I finish rebasing a VM to see what else needs fixed.
