TODO: add environment file for sway, ship a qt5ct and qt6ct config file with fusion theme and darker colorscheme and papirus icon theme

its better to remove the /etc/environment file anyway because the other line in there breaks libadwaita apps by forcing them to use the legacy adwaita-dark
