I want to support create new layershellwindow here.. and i want to give it an identifier,

I am thinking something like kde-shell. whose bar and launcher is in one program, and different layershell, so it is needed to have the ability to create new layershell, and know who the layershell is

and I have another dream, this crate can also create xdgbasewindow and popupwindow. but that will be too many works
