Sure! I plan to add 3 options for scroll action

Do nothing (default)
Zoom inside the window
Resize window

An other idea might be zoom with a modifier key + scroll and use swipe (with trackpad or magic mouse) to move around the zoomed area.

@waydabber IMO people who need special window resizing/zoom shortcuts should just use a window manager or tool for that. I use yabai, but there are lightweight alternatives such as Magnet, Rectangle, and many others.
