Add Raycast extension #2929

It would be nice to use Raycast for controlling BetterDisplay. I have a pro licence.

I don't know much about Raycast, but BetterDisplay has extensive CLI support (as well as notification dispatch based integration support) which should allow any external app to built upon much of its functionality.
