Add a notice for virtual displays managed by third party apps about the unavailability of configuration editing and hardware control #3193

If this is not possible via DisplayLink it would be nice if it was noted somewhere.

You can see from the photo. I have enabled HiDPI settings in DisplayLink Manager as well.

Right, configuration editing is available for natively connected displays only. I could add the block for DisplayLink devices with a notice that this feature is not available for virtual displays managed by other applications (like the DisplayLink Manager).
