Cannot enable Virtual screens in latest macOS public beta (Unable to connect virtual screen error) #3263

When enabling a Virtual screen in the latest macOS beta 24A5309e, I get an error message.

Fails silently from menu, but with a momentary alert in the app.

I have tried creating a new one - same issue.

Yes, there seems to be an issue with Sequoia beta. If you are using a default 16:9 virtual screen, please change the following number from the default 2 to 4 or higher:

This is a workaround for now, I'll make sure virtual screens don't exceed the new max mode count in future builds (as that causes the issue).
