Custom Scaled Resolutions "Currently not available" #3360

Both monitors I'm trying to use with my 2021 M1 Macbook Pro don't have the ability to use custom scaled resolutions for some reason. I have tried every troubleshooting step I've read here or could think of, but nothing worked. Flexible scaling doesn't work either.

Did you Apply+Activate or reboot?
