with https://github.com/wimpysworld/deb-get/pull/320 now merged, installation instructions on debian and ubuntu can now be as simple as: sudo deb-get install waydroid

this most recent change breaks deb-get or possible apt installations of debian/ubuntu, so this PR is now useless
