Wireguard support #859

Describe the bug Waydroid has issues with connecting to the network when the host is connected via Wireguard

I tested it directly with Wireguard and the Mullvad desktop client. When connected to Wireguard, Waydroid will display the broken connection icon at the top right and no apps can use the internet. It works fine with OpenVPN. I've tested it on Debian 11 and Pop!_OS 22.04

Same problem with iVPN on NixOS.

What's weird is that it works for the most part, but certain requests hang indefinitely, like authentication to certain games. For my case that is

EDIT: It turns out that was an issue with a specific domain acting weird with the VPN. Don't exactly know what it is, wireshark reveals its not a DNS issue
