Admin Tab - Connections: Disable & Enable Connection / Afbryd & Genopret Forbindelse

As an ADMIN from WAYF Secretariat or as member of user group SECRETARIAT at 
WAYF, a need for a Disable connection-button has risen. Hence a connection in 
production is set back to test, the connection will still be in production; no 
problem. In those cases where a connection needs to be set Off/Deleted because 
a new entityID/connection is taking over, a Disable button would be the best 
way to set off the old connection instead of using the DELETE button. When 
Delete is used EVERYTHING is deleted. Not a good thing to delete data that 
still can be found in logg files. A DISABLED connection MUST also be put back 
in production using an ENABLE CONNECTION button.

It remains to be decided wether this should be on a revision basis or on a all 
revision basis (entity vide disable)
