Visible check of uploaded icon #309

Show the uploaded icon 'as is' in the metadata tab.
It should not be as a pop-up window but shown permantly in the metadata tab.

Reason:
A visible check is needed for users to make sure icon uploaded is not to small 
or to big, or has been streched/squashed incorrectly

Displaying it permanently is not a good solution, since a image could be very 
big. I think a popup that displays the picture in the original size is the best 
way to go.

will require a bit of work, since the file metadata field is not only used for 
images bat all sorts of files.
