ARP: removing an ARP should remove it from all entities #320

Currently removing an ARP leaves the ARP intact for all entities that use it, 
but the user / administrator has no clue which entities use the old ARP.

To make this more transparant, removing an ARP should remove it from all 
entities and warn the user.
