Items missing in search results #335

Searches for connections in Production currently do not return the connections 
in Production whose newest revision is in a non-Production state. This 
behaviour conflicts with the searcher's expectation to get all connections that 
are in Production (i.e., those featuring at least one revision in the 
Production state).
