Description

Some details like where to re-kick this in #6. Does not close #6.

When writing the "running" docs I thought it might be appropriate then to remove the example documentation. The actual implementation and artifacts from a real engagement might be more helpful (after they're scrubbed, of course) than the example version outlined in WIP notes. I think the comprehensive approach to "running" negates the need for "example" or the example folder in the first pass on this repo. It's going to take work to translate the real experiences from an engagement into something we can share widely. The "running" section gives the same info minus the practical sample -- and I'd like to gather feedback that the sample would be useful instead of sharing nothing till it's written.
