Add in documentation. #1

All changes were done on the master branch directly, then merged into this forked branch. Creating a new pull request to remove the message and secondarily, see how the pull request system works in this case (I have push access to the /wayfair/pylift repo). I've never done a pull on an upstream branch that I have write access on before!

This pull request now adds documentation that functions with sphinx. readthedocs currently sources from my private repo, but this may change in the future.
