  1. Added how to install pylift in the README.md

  2. Added code to install pylift from the GitHub repository (!pip install git+https://github.com/wayfair/pylift.git) in examples/Lalonde/Lalonde_sample.ipynb

Thanks for the PR, Minyus! Just leave out the jupyter notebook commit and adjust the pull request, and I'll send it through. :)
