qini and adjusted qini #43

in terms of treatment and control group split , under what circumstances is adjusted qini recommended for model evaluation, compared to qini?

Ah we only really include Qini because it's a standard used by a lot of papers -- you should almost always use either adjusted Qini or cumulative gains, and except for some specific assumptions, you would be safest going with cumulative gains.
