Description

This PR adds an Architectural Decision Record (ADR), which acts as a proposal for introducing a new property wrapper to the VSM framework.

You are encouraged to review the ADR and post any affirmations or rebuttals as comments to this pull request. Inline comments are also encouraged directly on the markdown file.

This proposal continues the discussion from #17

Type of Change

Multiple rounds of community discussion on this proposal have been held here on the GitHub and in various forums. All dissenting opinions have either been satisfied or allayed by changes to the proposal.

The proposal now has multiple official and unofficial approvals and will move forward merged as "proposal accepted". Development of the proposed functionality will begin immediately.

Any discoveries that alter the information in the ADR will be accompanied with a PR making said changes along with the opportunity for discussion.
