Screen black #9

Screen still locks and goes black especially after a call and trying to hang up it freezes goes black and unresponsive have to reboot.

Try this APK and see if the issue is fixed.

I was using version 0.7 today and when my phone rang the screen stayed black and the buttons did not wake the phone up. I had to pull the battery in order to reboot the phone. This is the first freeze i have had since using it with this 5.0 ROM. I am not using 0.8.1 because of the statistics issue. It (0.8.1) doesn't seem to be helping the battery on my phone.

Thanks. I think I may have to look for a version 6.0 ROM but upgrading will take the better part of a day and I will have to find the time.

@martytoo I meant the latest version of Power Nap. Android 6.0 shouldn't be necessary for you to upgrade to.

I know what you meant and I appreciate the suggestion but the statistics aren't working for me and the app might not even be working. It is hard to be sure but betaine 0.7 seems to save battery. 0.8.1 didn't seem to help (but it's hard to be sure).

Is there an easy way to see if the 0.8.1 version is working when the statistics don't show within the app? I am willing to use (and test) the current version if it is reducing battery drain. But if it isn't working then using 0.7 makes more sense.

Turn on debug mode and check the xposed logs.

Statistics working here (s7 edge custom touchwiz rom) however my phone suffers from unresponsive screen when my alarm clocks go off or when I take a call. I've never used logcat but i hope I've done it right. Had it running right up until i had to hard reset. Hope this helps.

Here's another were i was in a call and the screen just stopped responding but was still in the call. Eventually it just rebooted.

Oh yeah, try this APK and see if there's any improvement.

Ran the above apk with the following results

Going back to Paystore v0.8.1a (October 26, 2016) to see if still broken.

I haven't bumped the version number yet.

Just making sure, but your phone isn't charging right? If that's not the cause, try clearing data for Power Nap first before installing the apk I linked.

Hi there

I had this unresponsive screen too and after the app release update I have now no statistic. I am not sure it works at all… android 6 on sony z3 compact
